“IPAA SA have had the pleasure of working with Samantha Young for over three years and we truly value our partnership with Human Psychology. We have worked closely with Human Psychology on the development of the Mental Health and the Workplace Series and the 21st Century Manager Series ensuring that the needs of the Public Sector are met during the challenging times. Human Psychology’s facilitators have made it a priority to understand the needs and the nature of the public sector. Participants who have had the opportunity to engage with Sam at the IPAA Workshops are always impressed with the high level of experience and knowledge that she displays. These presenters are forward-thinkers, demonstrate the appropriate level of expertise but deliver with a very human element and thrive on engaging with participants to deliver interactive workshops that are not the standard lecture ‘off the screen’ presentation style. Furthermore, Human Psychology’s facilitators are incredibly passionate about the topics presented, making their support in helping to educate the South Australian Public Sector on significant issues of Mental Health in the Workplace invaluable.”

“The Rediscover series of workshops provided our staff with easily accessible and very valuable information and resources to support their health and wellbeing. Carla was a very knowledgeable and engaging facilitator and the feedback from our staff about the sessions was overwhelmingly positive. Rachel provided outstanding administrative support in setting up and supporting our organisation through the series of workshops. The process was seamless. I would highly recommend and we will be working with Human Psychology to utilise this series of workshops again in the future.”

“Digital Health SA engaged Human Psychology to deliver Respectful Behaviours training to all its staff in 2022. More than 600 employees attended the training, which was well organised and delivered in a timely and professional manner. Following the training, participants were asked to provide feedback via a survey. The responses were overwhelmingly positive, with 98 per cent of respondents saying they would recommend the workshop to others. Even more impressively, 100 per cent of those who answered the survey felt the presenters were responsive to the group environment and delivered the content in a manner that was clear and easy to understand. Human Psychology was happy to customise its content and messaging to reflect Digital Health SA’s workforce culture. The positive feedback shows that the messages presented were not only heard, but also well received by all our staff.”

“Human Psychology also provided top education services that have been invaluable to our wellbeing program with workshops well attended and feedback excellent. People generally wish the workshops were longer and find them useful for work and home circumstances.”
