Return To Work During COVID-19
A Leadership Guide for Transitioning through COVID-19 Recovery
COVID-19 is still very much with us in 2022 and continues to challenge how we work, where we work and even why we got to work. The Omicron strain feels like it has derailed recovery just when we though things were returning to some kind of normal. Many of us are watching and waiting with uncertainty and anxiety to see how 2022 unfolds. This adds a layer of complexity for staff adjusting to returning to work and all of the associated change that comes with it. Building recovery and resilience resources to help our people through this next phase will be critical to maintain wellbeing and engagement.
