Return To Work During COVID-19
A Leadership Guide for Transitioning through COVID-19 Recovery
COVID-19 restrictions started relaxing in May across Australia and for a time there, it looked like we were on top of the pandemic. Unfortunately in July and August, we have seen an increase in cases and Melbourne go to Stage 4 lock-down. Borders are hard closed and many of us are watching and waiting with uncertainty and anxiety. This adds a layer of complexity for staff adjusting to returning to work and all of the associated change that comes with it. Building recovery and resilience resources to help our people through this next phase will be important to maintain wellbeing and engagement.
