Return To Work During COVID-19

A Leadership Guide for Transitioning through COVID-19 Recovery

This week, most Australian States have started implementing Phase 1 of lessening COVID-19 restrictions, with a number of States celebrating weeks without new cases and June seeing more changes. After months spent in our homes in semi-lockdown, Australians are itching to get out but adjusting back to new work place environments will be challenging.  The impact of COVID-19 on our economy, organisations and our way of living has been astronomical and is not over yet.

There will be no national “Back to Work” day for everyone and we can’t just click our fingers and have our workplaces running they used to before COVID-19. The transition back to recovery is likely to be slow, to require trial and error and ongoing adjustment.
